Our Revelation:
At the end of last year, the J. Morrissey marketing team was sitting around our conference table discussing new ways to reach our candidates, clients and community members. After a healthy brainstorming session, we all arrived at the same thought – ‘we need a new website!’
Besides being outdated from a design perspective, we knew our website was not providing a good user experience for our digital visitors, and that it was not a good reflection of what it is like to work with J. Morrissey. We realized that in order to best serve our candidates and clients, it was imperative to build a website that would not only be informative, but also an ongoing resource for those who visit.
Moving Forward:
So, at the top of the 2018, we set out to elevate our digital presence and over the past 6 months, we have worked hard to create a newly designed website that we believe will enhance your interactions with our company, our talented recruiters, and our user-friendly job browsing experience. We have incorporated new features including an employee bio page, feedback forms, a section specifically dedicated to important employment documents, a blog, direct links to our social channels, and contact forms – all to foster communication with our candidates and clients.
At the end of the day, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We aim to support our clients by helping them solve their recruiting and staffing challenges, and also support our candidates by helping them reach their full employment potential. Our new website is just another layer to support our goal of providing the highest quality of customer service.
We will be continually updating our website with new job opportunities, helpful information and industry insights, and company announcements.
