Hailing from Summit, NJ, Luke recently earned his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University, where he also completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Through his academic studies and internship experiences, he developed a strong interest in talent acquisition, employee development, and helping organizations build high-performing teams.
