Our Hiring Process
We know how frustrating traditional job searches can be. Our process is designed to find you opportunities that align with your goals, whether you’re looking for the flexibility of temporary work or a permanent role. We make it easy for you to get to work quickly at a job you’ll love.
- Apply. Apply directly to a position on our job board or contact us if you’re interested in working with J. Morrissey, but don’t see a job today that inspires you.
- Phone Screen. We will set up a brief phone screen to discuss your interests and experience.
- Interview with J. Morrissey. After the phone screen, we will sit down with you in person to discuss your goals, experience, skills and preferences in detail.
- Interview with Employer. If you are a great match for one of our open roles, we will coordinate an interview for you with the employer. We will help you prepare, so you can put your best foot forward.
- Offer. When offered a position, we will conduct background checks upon request and help you negotiate your pay rate or salary, and when you accept, we will prepare you for your first day on the job.
- Support. Your recruiter is always available to answer any questions and help you make the best choices for your career.
