Sean Michael Vimini is the Director of Partnerships & Growth Initiatives for J. Morrissey & Culpeo HR, where he helps organizations solve workforce challenges through strategic recruiting, HR consulting, and long-term partnership development. With more than a decade of experience, Sean works closely with business owners, executives, and HR leaders to build customized workforce solutions that support sustainable growth.
Whether helping a client hire a critical leader, scale a growing team, or strengthen their HR infrastructure, his focus is always on delivering practical solutions that create lasting value.
Before joining J. Morrissey & Culpeo HR, Sean held leadership roles in recruitment and partnered with organizations across a variety of industries to solve complex hiring challenges. Sean is a proud Fairfield University alumnus who has built his career on one simple philosophy: the strongest business relationships are built on trust, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed.
When he's not partnering with clients, Sean enjoys pursuing interests that challenge both the mind and body. He is passionate about health and fitness, enjoys hiking throughout New England, and is an avid reader with an appreciation for poetry and lifelong learning. He believes that curiosity, discipline, and balance are just as important outside the office as they are in business, and he strives to bring that same mindset to every client relationship
